Pent sheds have a single roof section, which is angled downwards at the rear to let rainwater drain away. They are a particularly popular shape for positioning against a boundary wall or fence, as their roofs are usually lower than those of apex sheds. The walls consist of horizontal overlapping boards which allow rain to easily run off.
